Bookings:
- Winter season
- minimum one night (holiday weekends minimum 2
nights).
- Summer season
- minimum one night (weekends minimum 2
nights).
Cancellation
Policy:
- If a booking
is cancelled at anytime, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
- If less than 7 days notice is given there will be a fee equivalent to a one night stay .
- During the Fall and Winter Seasons if less than 5 days notice is given there will be a fee equivalent to a one night stay.
- For group
bookings, 14 days notice required. With a $100 cancelation
fee. Less than 14 days notice you forfiet the deposit.
Payment:
- We accept
VISA, Mastercard, Interac, travellers
cheques, money orders, Canadian and U.S. cash
- 1 night
bookings requires a deposit.
- 2 night
bookings requires a deposit.
- Long weekend
and Holiday bookings require a 100% deposit.
- Group bookings
require a 50% deposit subject to a 30 day cancelation
policy.
- All balances
are due upon arrival.
Note:
We can handle groups for weddings and business retreats.
This is possible because of 5,500 sq. feet of outside
decks and the Great Room. There are also two Bed &
Breakfast establishments on either side of Delia's
for additional guest suites within easy walking distance.
A choice of
a deluxe hot country style breakfast or a "Shangri-Lite"
breakfast is served each morning at 9:00 AM in the
Great Room. Vegetarian or special menus because of
allergies or diets can be served.
All rates
subject to change, but will not change once booked.
*Daily room refreshing when staying 2 or
more nights. Sheets and towels are replaced
after your third night stay when staying more than 4 nights.
